Started out with decent sticks.
7 runs through the first three. However, never
quite exploded. Held on to earn our only win of the
day.

These guys were pretty good
(defedending Champs), but if we could have shown
up, this game would have been ours. They took an
early 11-1 lead through 3 innings, forcring us to
dig out of a hole. We attemted to fight back, but
the bats were not with us on this day.

innings... great. Again, our bats stayed back in
OC... just couldn't hit a lick. Close game for aw
hile... 7-3 going into the 5th... then the mercy
rule came out.

We made the Single Elimnation
Tourny b/c we beat Brew Crew straight up (both
1-2). Still, we got the #1 seed in the Blasters.
After spotting them 4 through one, our bats FINALLY
showed up, and we put 7 on the board in the bottom
of the 1st. The game was a battle from there, going
back & fourth, but they held on in the 115
degree heat to take an 18-13 win.
