Personal Notes:
Bruce joined the ballclub in the
Summer of 2001. He filled in for an injuried Jason
Sullivan and never looked back. He actually had a
cameo appearance in December of 2000 where he
subbed in at Catcher for the Cruisers. He played 3
innings, and wound up ripping open a large gash
under his eye and tearing his MCL. Both came
blocking the plate on two seperate plays... Vunder
works for Paramount Studios in Hollywood, so he has
quite a commute back and fourth every day. He still
manages to play 2-3 league nights in Orange County
per week... he is an original member of the
Coed-Cruisers... has graciously offered his pad in
big bear for a few coed tournaments. Big roto buff.
Has a cat named Tyco whom his fiancee SPINOZE can't
stand. Plans on wedding Spinoze (aka Amanda Reeder)
on July 4th, 2003.
Madden Cruiser
Highlights:In his first
tournament back after ripping up his knee,
Wonderlick batted a cool .733 on the day. He also
had a couple walks and 8 RBI's to boot. Won the
2001 Fall League Triple Crown with a .719 Batting
Average, 21 RBI's and 3 HR's.
