She has been in the industry since 2004 and has worked at Morgan Stanley and H&R Block Financial Advisors earlier in her career. Johnna is the Branch Operations Manager and oversees the operations team, all aspects of operations on the retail side of the business, compliance and quality control. She has been instrumental in teaming up with Daniel Romero over the years to navigate through the growth of the company and making sure the firm adapts to the changing regulations in the industry.
